A booking deposit of 25% is required to reserve. Balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to travel. The villa is prepared for arrival and cleaned on departure. NO PETS. Changeover days are negotiable depending on existing reservations, midweek bookings accepted. There is a cleaning charge of £30.00.
